Is it possible to organise covid testing at another location?

Absolutely! Our mobile testing unit can be set up at your chosen location (e.g. Hotel or Company premises). Please contact us regarding the arrangements at least 3 days in advance.

How long does it take to get Rapid Antigen Test Results?

The test takes 15 minutes to complete. You receive a hard copy of the test result certificate (in slovenian and english) immediately on-site. It can also be sent via email upon request.

Text Message Result Notification: If you provide a local mobile phone number, you will receive a text message confirming your result (From:  051 285 886) in 15 minutes to 4 hours after the test. You need to reply with either your 4-digit birth-year or the last 2 digits of your Slovenian health insurance card number to open the full message.

What exact type of Rapid Antigen Tests do you use? Is this test and corresponding Test Result Certificate valid to enter a country where only antigen tests are required?

Exact Test used: Hangzhou Alltest Biotech Co. COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test

The format of the certificates issued is in accordance with European Commission Directorate-General For Health And Food Safety Common List and is in slovenian and english language by default.

 

The Rapid Antigen Test Result Certificate displays:

  • Your Full name and Date of Birth
  • Test Result: Positive / Negative
  • Specifies swab collection site (Nasopharyngeal swab)
  • Exact Manufacturer and Type of Test: Hangzhou Alltest Biotech Co. COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test
  • Date and time of test collection
  • Information and accreditation of test provider

 

In case the country you are travelling to has specific additional requests about your Certificate (such as additional personal data – Passport number, etc. ), let us know upon submitting your application and we will try to accommodate the requests.

How long does it take to get Molecular Test Results (rtRT-PCR)?

The laboratory analysis by rtRT-PCR method takes up to 6 hours. If done in the morning, you usually receive the results in the evening the same day (around 7PM), if done in the afternoon, you receive the results around 9AM the next morning. The time depends on the current laboratory capacity.

 

The test result certificate is going to be sent to you via email. The certificate is password protected to comply with the requirements of Slovenian Data Protection Regulations (ZVOP-1).

How do I acquire the Test Result Certificate?

The Test Result Certificate is included in the price of testing.

The Certificate is issued by the institute of Microbiology and Immunology, Faculty of Medicine, University of Ljubljana (IMI FM UL).

If done in the morning, you usually receive the results in the evening the same day (around 7PM), if done in the afternoon, you receive the results around 9AM the next morning. The time depends on the current laboratory capacity.

The test result certificate is going to be sent to you via email. The certificate is password protected to comply with the requirements of Slovenian Data Protection Regulations (ZVOP-1), unless specifically requested otherwise.

 

Slovenian nationals / persons holding Slovenian health insurance:

Certificate can be acquired here:  zVEM (digital identity required).

What documents should I bring?

You need to present:

  • Slovenian Health Insurance Card (Optional – Slovenian nationals only)
  • Proof of Identity (ID, Passport, Student Card, Driver’s License…)
  • Means of payment

Is it possible to get a test without health insurance / for non-nationals?

Absolutely! Testing is also available for non-citizens, it is not required to present a local health insurance card nor a doctor’s prescription.

 

All we need to make an entry into the laboratory system are the following personal information:

– Full name

– Date of birth

– Home address

 

In order for you to receive the test results please also provide:

– Telephone number (any – can be non-local, optional)

– Valid email address (mandatory for sending the test results)
